THE CHALLENGE
Teams needed fast answers from policy and compliance documents, but generic chat over documents created too much risk when answers were not grounded in the right source material.
MY APPROACH
Designed ingestion, chunking, retrieval, structured outputs, citation handling, and review flows so answers could be traced back to source documents instead of relying on model memory.
THE RESULTS
The system made document-heavy review faster while keeping the output auditable, structured, and easier for operators to verify before use.
