MY APPROACH
Built a 5-step AWS Step Functions pipeline: Scene Analysis with Gemini 2.0, Image Generation with Gemini 2.5, Script Generation, Video Generation with Kling AI, and Voice Sync with lip-sync. 11+ Lambda functions, DynamoDB, S3, automatic cleanup.
THE RESULTS
Video cost dropped to ~$1.35 per video. Fully automated, no photographers, editors, or voiceover artists needed. Serverless architecture costs nothing when idle. Scales automatically with demand.
